Who are we?
Inspire Leadership School believes in the power of learning.
Sandy Dang, a seasoned executive, and entrepreneur, has been teaching leadership in the United States and Asia. Nizar Farsakh, an experienced leadership and advocacy trainer, with broad experience in the Middle East, North Africa, and the United States. Both Sandy and Nizar are passionate about empowering both public and private sector leaders to maximize their potential.

We offer an array of leadership training workshops both online and face-to-face to meet the demands of today’s fast-changing world. As seasoned executives, we believe in working with our clients to tailor the training to their specific needs. At present, we teach Public Narrative -- the art of telling stories that inspire and motivate people to work collectively towards a common goal. This is one skill that you can use throughout your life in both professional and personal settings. Soon, we will add several essential leadership courses such as Negotiation, Strategy and Organizing, Scenario Planning and Adaptive Leadership. Our goal is to enhance your ability to lead and make a positive change in the world.
